EZ-Set Polymer Concrete Panels Introducing EZ-Set Polymer Concrete Panels
Detectable Warning Systems, Inc. now offers the ultimate solution for the required truncated dome detectable warning surface in curb ramps and at hazardous vehicular areas. These glass fiber Polymer panels are molded in the square pattern, now recommended by the Access Board and FHWA. The domes allow improved access for wheeled mobility aids.

It's Easy...
Lightweight, easy to use panels are ½" thick and weigh only 22 pounds each. The panels are designed to be placed into wet concrete during ramp construction. The simple anchor design eliminates the need for adhesive, sealants, and curing time. Texturing on both the dome surface and the surrounding areas provide slip-resistance for pedestrian traffic.

It's Strong...
Incredibly strong and durable, the lightweight wet set detectable warning panels are perfectly molded from polymer concrete. The composite material is equivalent to 8,000 PSI concrete. It is also fireproof with "0" flame spread, allowing it to be used in subways and other interior locations.

Minutes to Install-Years of Service
The installation process is simple and easy and can be accomplished by one person in 5-10 minutes. No hassle, no worries. The panels are simply tapped into wet concrete, anchors inserted and protective plastic sheeting removed.

Replacement
In the unlikely event that panel is damaged, it can be easily removed and replaced with a new unit at minimal expense.

Colors
Offered in yellow and brick red. Custom colors available by special order.

Five-Year Warranty
These panels carry a five-year manufacturers limited warranty against defects in workmanship and materials.
